6.2/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, but the service left a lot to be desired. The dining options were limited, which was surprising for a luxury resort, and there were definitely some issues with maintenance during my stay. Overall, while there are nice features, it didn’t fully meet my expectations given the price point.

The rooms were very nice and well-appointed, featuring huge bathrooms and a comfortable layout. I appreciated the upgrade I received, which was worth the small fee.
Service
6.0
Service was generally okay, but it was inconsistent. At times the staff seemed overwhelmed, which impacted responsiveness. I had to address several issues multiple times before they were handled.

Facilities were nice, but some areas seemed to be poorly maintained. There was a noticeable lack of attention to the poolside bathrooms during peak times.

7.6/10

The Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas is a visually stunning hotel with beautifully designed rooms that provide a comfortable retreat in the bustling city. The service is attentive, ensuring guests have what they need, although the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing. The breakfast offerings can be overpriced for what you get, and the views from the Sky Bar may not live up to expectations. Overall, it's a luxurious experience with room for improvement in certain areas.

The service was attentive, with staff ensuring I always had cold water. They were helpful from the beginning to the end of my stay.
Location
6.0
While the location is central, the confusing layout made finding the entrance challenging after returning from walking around the Strip.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was quite pricey at $39 for basic options, and while the food quality was fine, it felt like not great value for money.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities, particularly the spa, were outstanding, providing a great relaxation experience.

7.2/10

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria was filled with luxurious moments and some frustrating experiences. The rooms were beautifully designed and incredibly spacious, boasting modern amenities and a fantastic bathtub. However, I encountered several issues, including lengthy wait times at check-in and inconsistent service. While the dining options could improve, the atmosphere was serene and a great escape from the hustle of Vegas.

Service was a mixed bag; while the staff tried their best, there were some notable hiccups, especially with wait times and housekeeping.
Location
8.0
The hotel is well-placed and feels removed from the crowded casinos, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to the strip's attractions.
Dining
5.0
Dining at the hotel was a letdown overall. While the plates look nice, the quality and variety were not up to par for a luxury establishment.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were generally good, but some details, like the cleanliness of the bar area and the operational issues with the elevators, need attention.

My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired. I encountered issues with room assignments and broken amenities that overshadowed the few positives, such as the spacious size of the rooms. The service felt lacking during my stay, which was unexpected given the hotel's reputation. Ultimately, while there are some pleasant aspects, it’s hard to overlook the significant shortcomings in both service and room maintenance.

My experience at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas was mixed. While the spa facilities were outstanding and the staff was helpful, my overall stay suffered from several service inconsistencies and a few annoyances related to my dining experience. The beautiful room decor and amenities didn’t fully compensate for the hiccups I faced during my visit.
